FOUNDER AND CEO
Two years ago I landed in Spain for what should have been the vacation of a lifetime — my family, an incredible country, everything I'd worked for right in front of me. Instead I found myself in tears. Not because anything was wrong. Because I finally had space to see clearly what was — a life I'd built that I wasn't actually living.
That moment changed everything.
I came home, made the hard calls, and in 2024 launched Ripmaster Coaching — high-touch coaching and strategy for the leaders and thought leaders who are done being the best-kept secret and ready to actually live the life they've been building

WHAT I'M KNOWN FOR:
Helping burned-out achievers remember that their legacy isn't something they leave behind — it's something they live, right now.

This is a space built for the ones who are done playing small. Where strategy meets soul, and success gets redefined on your terms. Welcome — you're exactly where you're supposed to be.
and for a lot of the trip, I couldn't feel any of it. The stress had followed me across the ocean and somewhere between the cobblestone streets and the quiet moments I couldn't outrun, it became undeniable.
One brave move wasn't enough. I needed to go all the way.
Because I had already made one brave move six years earlier when I walked away from my President and COO role — not out of failure, but because my girls needed me present. Really present, and I chose them. So I took a step back into a recruiting role for the same company — a quieter chapter, more room to breathe and I thought that would be enough but Spain showed me it wasn't.
So in 2024 I launched Ripmaster Coaching — a high-touch practice for the high-achievers, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders who are done being the best-kept secret. For over 20+ years I'd built teams, helped scale our company, and led through every version of chaos the corporate world throws at you. I knew strategy. I knew leadership. What I finally learned in Spain was how to apply all of it to the life I actually wanted and how to help others do the same.
I'm based in Asheville, NC — where I run, practice hot yoga, and build community the way I always wanted to. I'm married to Pete, an ultra-endurance athlete and resilience speaker and I'm a proud mother whose own journey of choosing presence over performance has completely reshaped how I show up for every single person I work with.
Because I've been her. The one holding it all together on the outside while quietly falling apart on the inside. The one who had every reason to be grateful and still felt like something was missing. The one who needed someone to finally say — this isn't it, and you know it. That's why I do this work.

START
Climbing the corporate ladder, checking every box, and building a career that looked exactly like success was supposed to look.
MIDDLE
And then standing in the middle of Spain — surrounded by everything beautiful — things fell apart anyway.
NOW
Today I help high-achievers stop performing their way through life and start living the legacy they've been building.

She stopped fighting herself — and started leading from within.
"Kristen helped me turn my inner critic into my inner champion — and that changed everything. She listens deeply, asks the questions nobody else thinks to ask, and gives you tools that actually stick long after the session ends. I didn't just get a coach. I got someone who helped me see myself in a completely new way."

He transformed his entire hiring process and leadership culture. "Working with Kristen has been a game-changer for our team. She tailored every session to fit our unique needs — ensuring meaningful changes we could implement with confidence."

I never once felt defensive. Only supported, understood, and seen. If you feel like your business is running you instead of the other way around, or you're exhausted from giving everything to everyone else without feeling fulfilled —
Kristen is the real deal. Her coaching makes a true difference."
